Staff satisfaction survey has been carried out over the Christmas period and the questions were based on the CQC key lines of enquiry.

I am pleased to announce that the result was 93.3%! we are very pleased with this and have given ourselves a couple of areas to work on, so hopefully we can improve on this score next time.
