I've been with the company just over 12 week, after deciding that I wanted to step down in a role of management to be hands on, to where I started in care. And I'm not disappointed. I love it The customers welcomed me on board, and I feel like I've been with them for years. I absolutely love my job. The director of the company is always there if needed. I've never felt supported by a director before until now and nothing is too much trouble.
